Customer Service & Support Officer (Ref: csso-sup2012/w)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level customer service and hotline support to customers via telephone and email
  • Perform trouble-shooting on systems
  • Logs all customer problem phone calls and emails
  • Perform other related duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Certificate or above in computer related subjects
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Good attitude, hard working and willing to learn
  • Customer service experience would be an advantage
